Wow! Our stay at Crystal Mountain turned out to be beyond our expectations. The spacious room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, making our family feel right at home. We really enjoyed the wide variety of activities, especially for our kids. However, we did hit a snag with the room door that was a bit difficult to open and close, which was a little annoying. Overall, a fantastic place for families looking for a memorable getaway!

I had a fantastic experience at Crystal Mountain Resort! The accommodations were spacious and luxurious, making it perfect for our family reunion, and the variety of activities kept everyone entertained. We enjoyed great dining options, especially at The Thistle Restaurant. However, while the facilities were impressive, the indoor pool area felt a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the resort. Overall, it’s a great place for families and those looking for a range of activities.
